Wonderful to work with!!! I would’ve marked punctuality and responsiveness also but could only choose 3. Derick was great about communicating with me throughout the project. His team even went above and beyond by fixing a couple bent louvers and a panel that was the wrong size. Saving us from having to reschedule our install. I would highly recommend them and plan on hiring for another project.

I recently purchased a gazebo for my backyard patio and needed it installed. I looked at several installation companies and found Banks Flow Assembly based on their excellent customer service and reviews…Derrick and Steven were absolutely amazing with this install! They had it completely done in 4 hours and the entire area cleaned up. I highly recommend them for anyone needing an assembly and installation!!

I am very glad I hired this company. They did a great job installing my 16’x12’ pergola. They have great customer service, and their crew is very nice as well. They offered my a very reasonable for this job, and it was worth every penny. I recommend this company to anyone trying to have a similar job done.
