I am very glad I hired this company. They did a great job installing my 16’x12’ pergola. They have great customer service, and their crew is very nice as well. I purchase a 10 X 12 Gazebo and when it arrived I search my app “Nextdoor” and saw the reviews and photos of BanksFlow Gazebo and sent a text on a late Saturday night. And receive a reply. And then I received a schedule on Sunday morning and they came out on Monday about 12noon and finished about 2:00pm. They introduce themselves and started working with integrity. Even my wife is so happy and she doesn’t like sitting outdoors. I highly recommend this company. They also cleanup everything. Their price is very reasonable. I give 5 stars!!
