- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the project scope, measurements, preparation, materials, number of coats, and finish required. Every estimate explains what is included. Our work includes normal setup and cleanup, protecting furniture with plastic, and covering floors with brown paper. For jobs over $1,000, a down payment is usually required and is normally based on the material cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with photos and measurements or schedule an in-person visit when needed. We then provide a free estimate with the scope, materials, timeline, and price. Once approved, we confirm the date, address, access, and any required material deposit before starting. After completion, we walk through the work with the customer and handle any agreed touch-ups that need attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience with drywall installation and repair, taping, finishing, texturing, popcorn-ceiling removal, surface preparation, and interior painting on residential and commercial projects. We choose preparation methods and products based on the surface, damage, and finish the customer wants.
