I have worked with Preston Improvements on 2 major home renovations now. The first was converting 2 bays in our garage to a living area: bedroom, full bath, and living room.
The second project was a complete gut and renovation of our kitchen. Included relocation of water, drain, gas, and electricity.
Exceptional quality and a pleasure to work with. Very competitive on cost as well.

Garrett Construction added to a carport to our new home and we couldn't believe the quality, low cost, and how fast they got it up. We weren't home during the time of construction, but they continuously kept us updated with pictures! Highly recommend this company!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is basically middle of the range but fair. Nothing is set in stone, so if i need to adjust something to help make a customers dream happen, i'll do my best to do that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact with potential customer, I usually try to make an appointment to come see project requested, to lay eyes on. There are different variations and challenges with each project, so to give a fair price, I would need to see what we are working with .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been in the construction/Remodeling industry for over 30 years. I have done just about ever factor of a new build and a remodel of many different area and locations in the home.
