- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I want to get to know the client so I can better understand the problem that they are having. From there, I take the required steps to fix/resolve the problem that brought them to me in the first place.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education includes both Computer Support Specialty as well as Network Engineering. I was also trained via the US Army to handle Graphics Design and Web Development.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father gave me my first computer (Apple IIe) for my 10th Christmas. From there, I learned how to program as well as graphics design.
