FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices that are listed are what you can expect, it includes travel and gratuity. Once you review my work and decide I am a potential good fit for your event, I would then send you a firm price proposal. It’s clear cut and straightforward, no hidden costs or fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step with working with a new client is making sure I have the date and time of their event available. Second would be completing a profile form where I learn the type of event, location, number of people needing service, and inspiration pictures. Third would be the price proposal, contract agreement and retainer fee to reserve the day of your event. And finally your booked and I’ll see you at your event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Paul Mitchell the School Fayetteville where I obtained my Cosmetology certificate and became licensed in January 2020, and still actively licensed. I am an independent contractor for a well known bridal hair and makeup team located in Raleigh where I assist on several weddings for hair and makeup services. I also receive quarterly training to enhance my skills. I’ve also invested in private training and courses to advance and elevate my skills!
