Heather and Derek provided hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. They provided a trial for both, included in the cost. Heather did exactly what I asked her, and had no problem changing things when I realized that I wanted something different. They were very receptive to feedback and happy to try different things with me. Heather did a very natural look for my mother, who doesn't really wear make-up. Derek had no problem doing hair for two extra family members on the day, so that everyone felt beautiful! Although he did 3 up-styles on 3 members of the same family, he managed to make them all look really different! They were super friendly and relaxed, and very easy to work with on the day. Its a very intimate setting the morning of your wedding, so it was great to have people we could really feel comfortable with. My only negative comment is that they forgot what time we had said on the day, so I was worried they weren't going to come! I called them and they arrived about 30 minutes later. Fortunately we still had plenty of time and it really didn't effect us. I loved my hair and makeup, I felt beautiful, but also just like me!

LOVED working with Heather! She did an amazing job with my makeup. She also came to my location and made sure my look was exactly what I wanted for my special occasion. I would definitely go back to her should I need a makeup artist in the Charlotte area!
