Heather and Derek provided hair and makeup for myself and my bridal party. They provided a trial for both, included in the cost. Heather did exactly what I asked her, and had no problem changing things when I realized that I wanted something different. They were very receptive to feedback and happy to try different things with me. Heather did a very natural look for my mother, who doesn't really wear make-up. Derek had no problem doing hair for two extra family members on the day, so that everyone felt beautiful! Although he did 3 up-styles on 3 members of the same family, he managed to make them all look really different! They were super friendly and relaxed, and very easy to work with on the day. Its a very intimate setting the morning of your wedding, so it was great to have people we could really feel comfortable with. My only negative comment is that they forgot what time we had said on the day, so I was worried they weren't going to come! I called them and they arrived about 30 minutes later. Fortunately we still had plenty of time and it really didn't effect us. I loved my hair and makeup, I felt beautiful, but also just like me!

We were extremely impressed with the entire process. It began with the quote process. I entered all my information and what I was looking for. I received several quotes back. As I looked at the quotes I went and viewed the websites of those quoting. I was excited to see that not only did Twin Artistry do makeup but that they did hair as well. I emailed them back and asked could they quote both hair and makeup. I included my phone number and asked that they call. I almost immediately received an email back saying if it was ok they would call later at a certain time. Just like clockwork I received a call from Heather. We discussed what my daughter in-law wanted, along with the date and time. She gave me a new quote to do both hair and makeup. I said yes right then and there. Heather touched base with me several times leading up to the big day. The day of the wedding Heather and her husband Derrick arrived right on schedule. They started with the bride of course. They were so spot on with her hair and makeup. She looked stunning. Then the next step of doing hair and make for the brides mom and myself. It was so wonderful to work with such a great team. I can not say enough good things about Twin Artistry. I would definitely recommend them.
