Jeff gave me a quote for the work and a date he would be available to complete it. Right on time, right day he appeared ready to complete the job. He installed multiple shelving in an outdoor storeroom. He gave the installation much thought, ran a couple of idea by me and added value to what I thought would work. He offered to purchase the materials ahead of time, did not ask for any money up front, and had everything he needed the day he completed the job. I truly appreciate that he added value to the job, completed it as scheduled and wow - I have an organized storeroom because of Jeff. I would highly recommend him for any job you have him complete.

Jeff provided excellent service. He is a thorough professional, is creative in helping to find solutions and is efficient with his time. His price is very fair. Fine value for the work done. We had three valuable and fragile large model airplanes to be hung from cement ceilings plus a hall door handle to be replaced. We discussed in advance by phone and he came fully prepared. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base fee is a fixed rate of $75 that includes one hour. Then after that it’s an hourly rate.
And if you are a customer who returns to me after the initial project I offer a 10% discount. It’s very important to me to have customers happy and calling me for future help.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all my customer and I can do as much as we can contactless.
Give me an explanation and send me pictures and or video.
I want my customer to feel very comfortable with me in their house. I want them to realize I will treat them and their problem just like it was mine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with my training from my father I took two years of architecture and building trades while in high school. Then I added a certified operator in charge for pest control in 1994. I am certified in three categories in Florida. these categories are regulated by the department of agriculture.
Then in 2006 I completed my degree of entomology. This is an internationally recognized license.
