Ivan did a wonderful job with drywall repair and install, painting, wood and train repair and helping repair a curtain rod hanging. Our dog chewed up the door and frame and Ivan made it look like new. He also pulled out a medicine cabinet and drywalled and painted over it for it. Beautiful work. Very professional and quick to respond. Will keep him on speed dial!

I think he pays attention to detail. Not sure if the work was actually good because I just don't know enough about framing. Some things I find suspect though. Be prepared for the price to increase after the job is done. Initial price was a little low. Final price for this project was a little high. He blamed that on the door I bought from Lowes. There was nothing special about that door. I suspect he does not hang doors that often. Maybe another project would be different.

Does not listen as well as could be. In addition to the work I asked for I tried getting a quote on painting a portion of the ceiling. He kept pushing for the whole ceiling as that word match colors better. He is not wrong there. I understood and had to keep reiterating that I did not require that.
