Pricing depends on scope, materials, and site conditions. Most projects are quoted as a flat rate after review to avoid surprises. Work in occupied homes (floor protection, furniture, detailed finishing) may affect pricing. All quotes include labor, materials, and cleanup unless noted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding the scope and reviewing photos or the space. I provide a clear quote, then schedule the work. I protect the work area, complete the job efficiently, and keep communication open. Final walkthrough ensures everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in drywall installation and finishing, where I learned the importance of precision and detail. Over the years, I’ve expanded into carpentry, trim work, and interior finishing, continuously improving my skills through real job experience and working alongside other trades.
