Emmanuel was flexible when I realized I’d scheduled on the wrong day. He let me know he was going to be late as traffic was backed up (Vice President was in Charlotte- so totally out of his control). He quickly fixed our shower drain and outside facet and offered alternatives given the facets age and difficulty turning it off completely- a problem we were aware of, but didn’t know the solution. He replaced blinds on 7 windows. We had bought the wrong size for our window openings and after trying to adjust them without success (as it was impossible), he took them back for us and got the correct size and quickly got them all up. I should note we originally were just going to do 3 and then increased - again showing flexibility. He was very professional and polite, always keeping me up to date. Would highly recommend and will use again. First time using thumbtack for this type of service (have used for photographers in the past).
