I had Ivan remodel the kitchen, replace my hall bath floor, to the joists, I learned that from Ivan, fix the leaking faucets, get rid of the mice, etc. etc. He got the job done and I was able to put the house back on the market within 60 days. We were close to budget and I got a tenant in there now.
He does good work and I give him an excellent review

Prior to the written review, I was asked what I liked about working with Ivan. I was given the choice of five descriptors, but I was pretty bummed about only being able to pick three. Ivan was a pleasure to work with owed to his responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, and great quality work. I messaged him in the evening and he was out the next morning to complete the microwave install, at an unbeatable price too. My mother who was present for the work had only good things to say about Ivan. According to him, even my jerk of a cat was kind to him, so I suppose he's Pogo approved. We hope to work with him again in the future and definitely recommend! Thanks Ivan!
