- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price on a case by case basis but general the more projects you want to tackle at the same time, the bigger a discount we can offer. We do use some standard pricing for things like pressure washing (.1875 - .20 cents per square foot). Feel free to request a quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide you with a ballpark estimate based on information you have provided. If you are ready to proceed to the next step we would follow up with a free site visit immediately followed by a free and final quote. We guide you along the process and provide advice where necessary to ensure you make the best decisions for your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always disclaim that we are not licensed as general contractors in North Carolina nor it is necessary for us to hold such a license for the type of work we perform (classed as Do It Yourself projects). My dad and I have a combined 25 years of experienced in this industry and the quality of work is evidenced by our reviews and our photos. We hold no formal education in the field.
