FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of work, project size, and complexity. I believe in fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. For most projects, you can send me a few photos and a brief description of what needs to be done. I’ll review the details and provide an estimate or let you know if an in-person visit is needed. I personally handle every project, so you work directly with the person doing the job. My goal is to deliver quality workmanship at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep the process simple, clear, and stress-free. First, tell me a little about your project and send a few photos if possible. This helps me understand what needs to be done and provide an initial estimate. For larger or more complicated projects, I may arrange an on-site visit to take measurements and discuss the details. Once we agree on the scope of work, price, and schedule, I’ll personally complete the job with careful attention to detail. I stay in touch throughout the project, keep the work area clean, and make sure you’re happy with the finished result. From the first conversation to the final details, you’ll be working directly with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, home repairs, and remodeling. Most of my skills have been developed through real projects, practical experience, and continuous learning. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with tile installation, drywall, doors, trim, cabinetry, and custom woodwork. I continually improve my techniques and stay up to date with modern materials and installation methods. I believe that experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right are essential to quality workmanship.
