Nik was very responsive and showed up on time, communicating the day of with the status of when he'd be here. Nik did a great job fixing the door lock in a timely manner. I also had a dog that scratched and ruined the side of my front door indoor door frame. He measured and went to the store and got a new piece and also door locks and came back and installed them expertly. I am very happy with his work and he was very polite and knowledgable when I asked a couple of other questions. I definitely plan to hire Nik again soon.
