Came out, quoted the job. I did not like the price so he was happy to discuss the job and go through the pricing with me. Many tradesman would not have done that. Rich clearly explained to me that he could not start the job same day because he needed a special tool type and it was not in his truck and with it being so late in the date (4 PM) the traffic in the Charlotte area to get the tool and come back would take too long. He set the start date for the following week. Rich had great communication and showed up when he said.

I was initially looking for a handyman to assist with some small tasks around the house like installing a new shower head, adding shelves in a closet, painting accent walls in the kids' bedroom and bathrooms, etc. After talking to Rich, I discovered that he was an actual contractor. I asked him about handling some bigger projects such as adfitional painting and creating a 3D accent wall. The work he and his team completed was much more than I expected. The pictures don't do this wall justice. It is everything we imagined done in reality. It is stunning! The dining room looks awesome as well. I will definitely seek out Rich for additional projects in the future. Thank you for going above and beyond to get this done in a timely manner and so efficiently.
