- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices depend on the type of work, its complexity, and the time required to complete the project. I always strive to be as transparent as possible: before starting the work, we will agree on the cost, and I will provide an accurate estimate. Discounts are available for large orders or long-term projects. I do not add hidden fees and always discuss all the details in advance to avoid any unexpected costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand exactly what needs to be done and what your expectations are. After that, I provide a detailed estimate for the work required. Once we agree on all the details, I begin the job and maintain constant communication with the client to ensure everything is going according to plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at college in the field of "Electrical Equipment". I have been working in the handyman industry for 14 years. I have completed courses in carpentry, furniture assembly, window and door installation, and the repair of automatic gates.
