Nelson has done several jobs for us. He is EXTREMELY professional and punctual. If he says he'll be there, he WILL. He always explains what he's doing and offers additional suggestions to help prevent problems in the future. Always very kind and friendly and ALWAYS cleans up after himself, which is important to me! Can't say enough good things about Nelson!
