- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are far lower than the competition and done with quality craftsmanship. I go above and beyond customer expectations to provide a quality service at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make initial contact via email, phone calls or text messages then set up a time to look at what’s needed to get the job completed. After on-site assessment then a schedule is created of when work will begin and end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constructed many homes with Habitat for Humanity and worked along side with my father doing repairs, routine maintenance and requested installation of appliances, roofs, fencing, concrete slabs and walkways for a property management company
