His work was very good. He's more than a handyman he can do major carpentry jobs if needed. He was also good at installing electrical things. His overall enthusiasm to two a very good job was very much appreciated. The work he did repairing the raised bed garden and our shed was excellent as well as the other work he did in the house

Great experience having Steve over to help with some “ladder work” around the house. Ceiling fixture bulbs, smoke detector and CO2 batteries, etc., all topping out on a 6’ ladder which we are grateful Steve does do with much appreciated professionalism and grace. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are two options for pricing, everything is simple:
-Flat Rate, which is always discussed with a customer
-Hourly Rate, which is $75/hour
I always discuss the estimated cost of our service with customers before performing the job. Also, I provide discounts for multiple jobs and loyal customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, I need to get all the details of the final result desired. Provide a quote and estimate work time. Arrive on time and never extend timeframes. Keep in touch after jobs are done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills. I supplement my degree with ongoing hands-on training in various aspects of handyman work, including specialized courses in appliance repair, painting techniques, and furniture assembly.
