I requested for them to come out a give an estimate on carpet installation and they said they would come out. I tried calling to make sure they were still coming the day before and never heard back. When I messaged AJD flooring, no response. Terrible with communication and no follow through on what they say they are going to do. I found another company that was extremely prompt, reliable, responsive and professional unlike AJD flooring. If you need work done, don’t wait on these guys to respond to you. Horrible customer service!!!!
