Introduction: I am a Charlotte based certified personal trainer and a sports/fitness professional. As a former student athlete now turned basketball coach, I have a passion for sports, fitness, wellness, and human performance. I became a personal trainer and an athletic coach to inspire, elevate, and empower others. I help people transform their lives (mind, body, and spirit), and my greatest desire is to see you maintain, sustain, and even surpass your goals in order to enhance your quality of life. I excel at challenging people, and I pride myself in getting the most out of every individual who I am leading or guiding. Life has a way of getting in the way, and it can become difficult to find the time and motivation, so I will push you to accomplish your goals. The way I see it, there is only one way to go but up!
