SilverShield has been a blessing to me and my family. Having the security system has made us feel very secure in our home. My husband's schedule varies and it's a great feeling to know we are safe and protected in the evenings and even during times that we are away from home. I also love the fact that the system is user friendly. Our 9 year old son is able to operate the equipment. Our installer was great. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable about the product. He was patient with our questions and always provided detailed responses with a smile. We look forward to upgrading our system some day as the installer explained the upgrade options as well.

Silver Shield Security has been wonderful to me and my family. When I was in the market for a security system, Jenell Jackson and her team was there from the word go. They set up the appointment the next day and the technician was prompt and very courteous. He made sure I understood the equipment and gave me contact numbers if I ever needed him in the future. The staff is fast, friendly, and professional, and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I would recommend them to every one of my family members and friends.

Very professional company. The technician arrived on time and completed his work in a timely fashion. Jenell was very helpful and made this process very easy. I was coming from ADT and was nervous but couldn't be more satisfied with Silver Shield Security. I would refer them to anyone!

Jenelle described the system and options very well. We purchased the system several years ago based on Jenelles recommendations. The technician who installed the system knew the system inside and out. He was thorough explaining how to operate the system and very professional. We are very happy with Silver Shield.
