- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable. Pricing varies depending on the square footage of the home. Depending on the type of cleaning needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a phone or face to face conversation to get a detailed summary of what the customer needs. After finding out the need I will quote a price on what is requested. I will send a contract for the customer to review and follow up with any questions. I will send an invoice to the customer as a deposit is required to confirm the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters in business management, so I'm educated on how to run a business. I also have cleaning mentors that have been in the housekeeping business for some time. I learn techniques by watching tutorials about cleaning.
