- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are so UN-complicated that some people are confused about it and make it complicated in their own minds. Here's how simple it is: We charge a flat rate fee for every type of dwelling. Whether you live in a small studio or a 7 bedroom compound, we have a price just for you! Prices or jobs would only be affected if there is an obvious cleaning problem/situation that arises when our cleaning teams arrive, which is pretty much limited to hoarding and after out-of-control parties.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer regular cleanings where we go and clean every room. We offer "move-in/move-out" deep cleanings for customers who need more of a thorough job, and we offer hourly options for clients with specific requests or who want a lighter clean. We always provide two member maid teams and we also offer additional services such as Oven Cleaning, Refrigerator Cleaning, Interior Window Cleaning, and more! We service most of the Charlotte metro area and we strive to accommodate our customers' wishes and requests as much as possible.
