- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am priced low because I’m a young entrepreneur, it does not reflect quality. I work just as hard for half the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy talking to new customers on the phone, it helps me to get to know them on a more personal level and avoids miscommunication that often comes from texting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a sophomore at UNCC studying business. I am learning the ins and outs of marketing and enjoying this experience.
