Unfortunately, the cleaning did not go as expected. Two cleaners arrived to do a moving out cleaning, almost 30 minutes later. I left the cleaners around 10am. When I returned to the house after 7pm, one cleaner was gone and the other was still in the house. When I opened the door, it seemed like the cleaner jumped up and returned to cleaning. He gathered he belongings from upstairs. He came down, swept and left. It was pretty odd to have one cleaner stay over 10 hours for a cleaning. After I inspected the house I noticed the oven wasn’t deep cleaned, some drawers weren’t wiped down. The walls weren’t fully clean and other issues. However, the biggest issue came from spots I found all over my carpet. I had literally paid to get the carpets deep cleaned. Neither the before or after photos showed any marking in the carpet. After the cleaners left, markers were all over as if they had a cleaning product dripping and didn’t notice. When I returned, all I was told was it wasn’t them. Unacceptable.

We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency: – Our cleaners were scheduled for a 9–11 AM arrival window, and they arrived at 10 AM, within that timeframe. – The wall washing add-on was not included in the package you booked, which is why that was not completed. – Our team did clean the oven and drawers, which is supported by the before-and-after photos we keep on file.
