I needed the carpeting cleaned on the stairs to the 2nd floor. I have to admit that the name of this business caught my eye because "Payne" is my niece's married last name. Zack was great at what he did, and a nice guy, too. First, he did a deep clean and the yuk that came up was surprising! After that came the actual shampoo. I also needed a single kitchen rug cleaned, which he did easily while still on the floor. He was kind enough to take the rug outside so it could dry more quickly in the sun. In looking at the stairs, there appeared to be a slightly darker area on the edge of one of the steps, so he went over it again, and also a couple more just to make sure. He was more than willing to make sure the job was done right. Would recommend Payne Cleaners.

Zach and his team did a wonderful job of cleaning up our house, and it was a daunting task! They arrived right on time, and got to work right away. They were dedicated to getting the job done, and were thorough. I was very pleased with how clean my floors and carpets were, and my house smelled very fresh! I will definitely book them again!
