At the outset, I stated I want a dedicated crew for my home. l do not like different people in and out of my home. They agreed.
First cleaning and crew were great. Same crew came back for second cleaning. Just as great.
Subsequent cleanings a new person was sent and I did not like her work as much, but I gave her two visits to get it right. After the second visit, I expressed my concerns with pictures. The company responded they will send my original crew going forward.
Here we are the day before my scheduled cleaning and the company just sent me a text cancelling my cleaning and advising I find another cleaning company.

My husband and I recently started our own business and found ourselves getting swamped with tidying up around the house—so it was time to bring in the big guns. We were deciding between a few places, but Daisy responded right away and was able to accommodate us last minute for the next day.
Even though the cleaning team was running behind and had trouble finding our newly built apartment complex, once they arrived, they got straight to work. They did a full deep clean of our 1,212 sq. ft. apartment in about 2.5 to 3 hours, and the place was spotless.
Excited to have them back every month. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are provided over the phone based on the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, and bonus rooms. Set prices are never changed unless the amount of rooms in the home differ from the given amount over the phone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome any new customer in a very simple friendly way. Estimates are given over the phone, a list is provided of what will be done to the home in-depth depending of what type of cleaning is provided. Customers are asked for walk-throughs just to ensure home cleanliness is up to customers standards and we offer discounts for our reoccurring customers
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of experience in cleaning and as for our employees, they have four years and above of either post-construction work, hotel cleaning, residential or commercial cleaning.
