Renew is an enormous gift to my family! Its a big deal to entrust your home to someone with the confidence that they will treat it with care- just like theyd treat their own home. SlSiera was so kind to my kids before we left the house, included them in what she was doing, and really helped our house feel like a home. She displayed teddy bears on the bed with love, tidied toys we werent expecting her to, and was overall just extremely thorough and thoughtful.I asked for her to focus, particularly on the floors and the bathrooms, and I truly dont think either have ever been so clean! I slipped my shoes off when I got home and couldnt get over how clean the floors felt. We have given many cleaning services in Charlotte or try over our eight years living here, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of Renew! We cant wait to book again.

I comtemplated leaving this review for well over a week , really just going over in my mind what went wrong in my cleaning service due to the give star reviews left.1st. The blinds were to be dusted (not done)2. Baseboards were to be cleaned (after walking through clearly only the one that carried the most dust was done)3. I paid extra for doors and switchplates to be wiped (only the inside of the front door looks to have been done) and none of the switchplates.Bedroom floor not mopped or not mopped properly.I did request that the living room did not need to be swepped or mopped as I was going to be in there opening packages so thats not included in my complaintI have since spent another $300 using another service to come in and redo the entire apartment.Its a small 1 bd 1 bath apt that did not require a whole lot as I had already cleaned but I did request a deep clean as it is for my business.

Renew cleaning has been outstanding with our home cleaning needs! We have done deep cleaning services as well as recurrent standard cleans. Also helps that they are pet friendly so dont have to worry about our dog while they are in the home! 10/10 service always.
