- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick chat to learn your needs, provide a clear quote, then recommend a deep clean first so we can maintain sparkling results with future visits. If not, I would highlight the difference between standard and deep cleaning on blinds, baseboard, and etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m trained in residential and commercial cleaning standards, including sanitation and Airbnb/move-out checklists, so every detail meets inspection-ready quality.
