Chris responded to my initial inquiry almost immediately. He came to the house to review the work to be done and provide a quotation. He sat with me and described in detail what and how he would perform the work needed to be completed. Cleaned all the old insulation out (along with some mice and two black snakes) without any issues. Installed the new insulation as discussed. All concerns I had during our initial conversation we’re completed as discussed. John

Chris McCarthy was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional beginning with the initial sales call through completion of the attic insulation refresh project. The 1,300 sq ft attic's R-value was raised from R-30 to R-60. The job was completed in 4.5 hours. Chris and his team were extremely respectful of my home, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. The work exceeded my expectations. The cost of the job was very competitive. Best experience I’ve had with a home repair/update. Chris and Insulation Magic are amazing. Came over, identified the project, walked me through every step and gave me a comprehensive quote. Late that night I made a discovery in the attic that was out of scope. But Chris answered me with a game plan seamlessly kept the ball moving. He did an amazing job, going above and beyond any expectations I had. Very professional and a huge upgrade to the longevity of the house. The difference is staggering. Wish I called him sooner. 10/10, will be calling him for all my sealing and insulating needs.

Chris was excellent to work with. He responded on Thumbtack right away and set up a consultation within days. I needed all new insulation in my attic and in several knee walls (a term he taught me, actually…), and he was very thorough in explaining the process. He and his team were very punctual and professional, did the work quickly and cleaned up super well after themselves. I only got the one quote, so I don’t know how the pricing compares, but it seemed very fair to me. Two thumbs up!!
