- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are on a per job basis because of how elaborate some jobs can turn into and I choose to set expectations with the client from the very start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically come out to the property to see the need of the client. Set expectation and provide a quote. Oftentimes before I leave the property. A deposit is required before any work is started and I offer discounts for same day final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree, 38 years of home improvement projects and a landscape company owner for 7 years.
