My husband and I recently moved to the area and bought a house in need of a facelift. At the time I was heavily pregnant and due very soon but I was in nesting mode and wanted to get started with a project or two. After doing some extensive online research we got several quotes from different companies and contractors for exterior painting. The prices we were given were quite frankly just astronomical and way more than what we had paid in the past for bigger paint projects. At the same time we had friends who were having their houses painted inside and out for less than what we were being quoted. We almost gave up the idea and even thought we might just try to paint the house ourselves! Realizing that was too much to handle we finally decided to look for painters on Thumbtack, which is where we came across Robert… Let me just say that the minute we met Robert and he went over the details of the project with us, we felt at ease and already knew he would be the one we’d pick for this job. It didn’t feel like we were being scammed or taken advantage of, he listened, didn’t push and was just very easy going and like able. Pricing was by far fair and honest which is all we wanted. We’re aware of prices going up for everything but we just wanted fair market value and that’s what we got. Robert knew we were preparing to welcome a new family member and that the project may not start right away. We appreciated that he wasn’t trying to rush us and took a step back to give us time to decide on a timeframe. Fast forward to the process and let me just say that working with Robert and his team was a pleasant experience, just everything from start to finish was quick and easy. The crew showed up on time everyday, no issues came up and Communication was top tier. The work that was done looks excellent and we’re constantly getting compliments from all of our neighbors. We highly recommend Robert @ PCI Painting and will continue to recommend him to everyone!

Great company!! Did an amazing job on painting the exterior house. My experience with PCI was better than I could have expected. After reaching out through Thumbtack I had a response within hours, a walkthrough of the job scheduled and a quote within days. The response time and thorough quote offered was all the professionalism that I needed to choose them for my exterior paint / carpentry job. I had new front porch railings and a staircase for the back door built plus the entire exterior of my home painted. Rob even helped to chose the correct type of paint for durability. Jason, Manuel and the crew were efficient and clean and I appreciated the prompt updates as the work progressed or the details changed. I will use PCI again for interior work. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Working with PCI was a great experience. We have never hired outside contractors for anything. Robert is responsive, professional, and thorough. Manuel did an excellent job repairing our ceilings and walls and painting ceilings, baseboards, crown molding and columns. We will use PCI again.

My education comes from my 4 year degree in construction management and 5 years of working as a project manager in commercial construction. Over the course of those 5 years, I gained experience from managing a number of different trades and successfully completed numerous projects.
