- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim for fairness in pricing, willing to negotiate where feasible; do keep in mind disposals fees are a key factor as well as methods of procedures for dumping, these can cause vary in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Paying close attention to what the customer requests to be completed, asking questions where needed. Once understood, I commence my efforts to make it a success.
