Very Prompt and professional. I had a large, commercial treadmill that was extremely heavy with a large screen. He took the time to break it down properly, secured it well for the move and assembled it when delivered. It ended up being more work and took longer than he quoted, but he stood firm with the original price. I will not hesitate to use him again in the future.
