After several relocations this yearr, my belongings were scattered across three different locations between Charlotte and Philadelphia, Donte worked with me to efficiently collect everything and transport it to my new permanent home.
The team was consistently professional, communicative, and adaptable. When I realized I had acquired more items during my AirBnB stay than originally estimated, Donte was flexible and we reached a fair agreement to maintain the original quote despite the increased moving volume. As part of their service, they also assembled two queen adjustable bed platforms with precision and care.

This company was super! I would give them 10 stars for their rating! At the last minute, my driver canceled on me to move me to Mississippi. I had everything lined up and scheduled for my move to be done within 24 hours. Once l reached out to them, they dropped everything and came and got me immediately, and got me moved to Mississippi so l didn’t have to reschedule my moving date. Having a medical condition, I couldn’t drive the truck myself, and once l put in a request for a driver and mover on Thumbtack, they immediately called me and said they could move me today!!Not only did they drive the 10 hour drive to Mississippi, but after they arrived at my new house late at night, they stayed up all night unloading the 26’ truck with all my furniture and other items into my new house!!! For a mover to take on a job like that, and help someone out in a pinch shows true professionalism and then to even unload the truck after doing all that driving is remarkable!! They got the job done and l was so thankful that they saved me from having to reschedule everything related to my move!!

We understand not everyone’s situation is the same, our pricing is never set it stone.
We do offer discounts: return customer, instant booking, schedule in advance, same day scheduling, and more…
Fee: hourly labor, truck rental, travel/ mileage, landfill fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally I prefer to speak with a customer in real time or find a chance to meet prior to the work being. Get an exact image of what work needs to be done and give an accurate quote and schedule choice to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently enrolled in business management courses online, while still enjoying the work I do in the field daily with my crew.
