I scheduled for them to come out and mow the lawn yesterday. They arrived promptly this morning and did a great job. My problem was with the hill in the back yard and they took care of it. I would definitely use again.

Smitty’s Services did an excellent job on my lawn maintenance today. He was on time, communicated well, and his pricing is very fair. My yard has swales and a slope, and he handled it with no issues…something other providers have struggled with in the past. He took the time to walk the property with us and address every area of concern. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. Our pricing is simple, reasonable, and standard. The only factor is square footage or acreage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basic information is obtained in order to perform an estimate. Then we inform the potential customers of everything that’ll be done and keep them informed every step of the way. We believe communication is a priority so we make sure guess work or miscommunication does not happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and am able to use my own research and findings on the job daily. All of the employees are taught through on the job training, which is just about everyday.
