WHO?
My name is Nicole Wilson. With a degree in Business Administration, I've spent the majority of my adult life in the corporate world. Creating leaders through training and development has brought a sense of fulfillment to my life. It was through these experiences, I discovered my purpose is greater. A certified Life, Business, and Success Coach, I am now on a journey to help others realize their purpose.
WHY?
In 2017, I found myself in a dead-end relationship with a man boy. You know the one who makes your insides shake but can’t let go of his mama’s lady parts. He was giving himself to anything in a skirt and I was rapidly spiraling. I started doing all the dumb stuff we say we would never do for a man. I was going through his cell phone and calling random women. I had a real point to prove. I mean, I was raising his kids (none of whom are mine,) making sure the bills were paid, taking care of the household, and taking care of him. Yes, playing the wife role without a ring or a real commitment. Music became my therapy, old skool R&B to be exact. There was one particular song that was speaking to my spirit. I played Shirley Brown’s “Woman to Woman” on repeat. (Google it, it will change your life.) I thought I was listening to that song because it was saying everything I needed to say to the numerous women I was dialing from his phone. The more I listened, I realized the song was speaking to who I was versus who I had become.
WHAT?
In July 2018, “I AM SHIRLEY” was born. I started doing the work on myself. I started loving myself. I enrolled in school and took the steps to take my life back. During this time I learned there were many women out there in similar situations in all aspects of their life. This platform was created to Empower and Encourage women to stand in their purpose and regain their independence through healthy healing. If you are looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, you are probably in the wrong place and quite honestly you are not ready to do the work. I am that best friend, auntie, and cousin that will always give it to you REAL, RAW, and UNCUT! Your coaching will be tailored especially for you.
