They where wonderful to work with especially with my unique situation of having an in-law on first end of the move to empty my storage unit and to finish packing the chaos there in NC and then meet me at the new house in OH. They were professional, polite, and made everything very easy. They also helped me stay in budget which was very much appreciated.

Overall a pretty good experience with Diggs. They were fairly responsive and fairly priced. The drivers they contracted did a great job, which is most important, especially for a cross-country move. I took off one star because, after signing a contract with Diggs, I found out that the high-rise building we were moving into required a $1 million liability insurance policy. Diggs did not have that and wasn't willing/able to get it on fairly short notice, so we had to hire other local movers also to finish off the move for us.

Hello Jay, thats for the review. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Before contracts are signed all customers receive an email and/or on the contract it states that we are to be told prior to signing contract if specific wording is required for your move in. Unfortunately this is not something that can always be done instantly. With your move date coming so soon after signing we couldn’t guarantee an approval for what the association may ask for. Which is why we offered to give a refund back and for you to find another mover if needed. But besides for that glad your experience was well and we apologize again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in FLAT rates BUT offer both hourly and FLAT rates to fit the needs of EVERY customer. We do our best to fit within your budget. While we accept all forms of payment mentioned in our profile, depending on your payment method preferences, there is a 4%-5% processing fee for credit/debit card transactions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is understanding the needs of our clients, explaining our services, matching our client's scheduling availability, then complete the final step of booking. Each experience will be customized for every client we serve. Your needs are the top priority and we do our best to get you the help you need WHEN you need it.
