Dear Brooke, I’m sorry to hear that you had a difficult experience when Bogey was grabbed by the tail. I understand that it didn't looked pleasant, but the groomer acted in his best interest. He had an unexpected reaction and jumped off the table, scared by the blow dryer. The groomer did what he could to secure him, as it would have been worse if Bogey had run away, especially with other dogs present. We cannot predict how an animal will react, no matter how calm or shy it may seem. The entire store is made of glass, so we have nothing to hide regarding how we treat animals here. What happened was simply an instance of “action and reaction” on the groomer's part. You mentioned that everything was fine until the last moment, so you could have given us four stars. However, giving only one star feels unfair, especially since you did not voice your concerns during your time in the store. If you had, we could have addressed the issue right then. Writing such a lengthy review about just a few seconds of your visit doesn’t seem entirely honest. We are more than willing to refund the $25 you paid for the service.
