I had a very large concrete crack in my garage which caused the concrete and house foundation to sink and threaten the structural integrity of my home. As a single mom, I was sick to my stomach facing many unknowns. Moisture Loc took me through the entire process in an utmost professional manner and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was Completely satisfied with all repairs. They installed a number of helical piers to surpass the required repairs by the structural engineering report. They also installed several French drains and completed promptly all repairs with focused attention to every single detail. I have built 4 houses from the ground up, and I wish I knew about Moisture Loc decades ago. Awesome team, pleasure to work with and would not recommend anyone else but Moisture Loc for drainage and structural issues as well as any concrete issues. If youre having moisture problems with crawl space or foundation or any other place the very first company to call is Moisture Loc. You can get a second or third opinion, but youre wasting your time. I first called another company. I was not told that I needed to have a Structural Engineer inspect my foundation which is required by NC law. I wanted a second opinion and called Moisture Loc. Thats when I learned that a structural engineer had to inspect my foundation which was cracked in a number of places and was my concern. Moisture Locs representative, Pat Littrell, came to my home and saw what I was concerned about. He immediately got on his phone and called a Structural Engineer who came the next week. The solution to fix my foundation cracks was very simple and inexpensive, thereby saving me thousands and thousands of dollars which first company was going to charge for a more elaborated fix that was not needed. I was so elated and relieved when Pat called me and gave me the Engineers evaluation that I was in tears. My foundation problem was taken care of very quickly. Moisture Locs employees, Jerry and Terry, who were sent to my home were very efficient, courteous and did a super job. I couldnt be more pleased or happier. So, dont waste your time. Call Moisture Loc. Youll be glad you did! I sure am!

I had a foundation issue which i was unaware of as several contractors frankly did not know what was really going on. After contacting Moisture Loc, they came out and assessed what was really going on and did the work as promised (in the rain I might add) and now my issues have been corrected and i couldn't be more happy. I can tell a huge difference in my kitchen floor which no longer feels like it is about to sink. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and these guys get an A+ rating from me. They are a straight shooting company and their guys know what they are doing. They have been trained well. I would not hesitate to use this company again should the need arise. I cannot recommend Moisture Loc highly enough. Last February/March we discovered our hot water heaters sitting in 4 feet of water in the basement section of our crawlspace. Over a period of months, we ended up with 4 companies to address the various issues: insulation removal, mold remediation, exterior and interior waterproofing and crawlspace encapsulation. After 3 companies attempted to address our water issues unsuccessfully, we were referred to Jesus & Louis at Moisture Loc. Let me just save you a lot of time and trouble by saying if we'd had Jesus come out in the beginning, Moisture Loc would have handled the entire scope of work and it would have been done correctly the first time. Of everyone we had out here addressing all the issues created from water intrusion, they are officially the only company I recommend and will be using going forward. They did a terrific job both in and outside of our crawlspace. They took their time coming back to address trouble spots other companies left and went to great lengths to correct another company's poor work so that my encapsulation would be done right. Louis, Jesus, Ramon and the stellar crews at Moisture Loc are a pleasure to work with and hands down the best in the business!
