Branden was great to work with. He was very professional and helped me understand what to look for in terms of future foundation issues.
He also provided a great explanation of their driveway repair process including lifting, repairing cracks and filling expansion gaps.
We've decided to have our driveway replaced rather than lifted but would recommend based on my experience with Branden.

After having ongoing moisture problems in my crawlspace for years, and having various costly solutions fail, I recently realized I had to try again. I contacted three well-known companies for their solution to my problem. Two were quite similar in their remedies and cost. I chose Moisture Loc because of the professionalism of Mark, my initial contact, who analyzed my problem and explained in concise and clear detail what was needed to cure.it. No pressure, just his analysis. Prior to the work beginning six weeks later, I received a call from Louis, my production manager, introducing himself and letting me know that he would be working with me throughout the process. He was fabulous! He kept me informed regularly on what work was in process, and what was upcoming. The crew was outstanding. Roman, Osmond, and Thomas were on time, hard-working, and upbeat. It was clear they were happy in their jobs and were highly competent. Example: they discovered some joists needed repair and alerted me so I could get a carpenter in to do repairs, even though it delayed them in finishing the job. My job included total encapsulation of my crawlspace, with French drains, a sump pump, and a dehumidifier. My experience with Moisture Loc was A+ from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

We just moved and bought a 2 year old house on a crawl space. While the crawl space was in great shape there was a small amount of mold starting on one or two of the support joists. Moisture Loc took care of this and sealed the crawl to help prevent any further issues.

Encapsulated our crawl space. 3 man crew worked tirelessly for 4-5 days. Workmanship appears to be outstanding. Great experience from initial inspection, quote, install and follow up by Greg Dogget. Highly recommend this customer oriented business.

We had our two crawlspaces installed with a hybrid enclosed system that included dehumidifiers. We needed to greatly reduce the moisture in the crawlspaces that led to mold growth on floor joists. We never felt the hard sell; instead, they suggested reasonable steps to eliminate all sources of water intrusion first. Then we finally realized conditioning of the crawlspaces was needed. Their prices are reasonable and much less than others in town who tend to be overly expensive. Mark did a great job leading us through the process. Moreover, the crews who do the installation work are professional, friendly and extremely hard working. They all have our highest recommendation.
