I hope folks see this review and hire Austin and his team. For starters they were on time! Once they arrived, Austin and his crew carefully wrapped all of my furniture, loaded all boxes and the wrapped furniture carefully into the truck. My new home has complexities with stairs and more stairs but that was an easy task for them. A garage with appliances, a huge sectional, 4 sets of tables and chairs, 3 bedrooms of furniture, mirrored wardrobes, Restoration hardware glass cabinets, 75inch tv, washer and dryer, etc.,etc.,etc., all were moved without any issues. Austin asked me about placement of items in my new home to make sure they were living up to my expectations. They did a walkthrough before they left to make sure all was correct. Thumbtack only allows a 5 star rating, if I could rate Audax moving on my experience, it would be a 10! On a separate note, they were polite, friendly and nice guys all around! Thanks again guys for making a stressful situation easier than I expected!

Audax moving was not only on time but a few minutes early! They helped me move in little to no time. Wrapped up furniture and protected my belongings. By far my best and easiest mover ever!!! Go with Audax!! You won’t regret it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes assembly/disassembly , full room setup and any padding or shrink that is required to protect the furniture. The only thing not included within the base price is a truck fee which can vary depending on the distance of the move.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take the time to call customers and go through the details of their move. This helps us ensure we are providing accurate estimates and the customer knows exactly what to expect from our team when we arrive on moving day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education or training. Just experience in the industry and service standards that has been improved over time to provide the best moving experience for our customers every time.
