Best contractor that I have ever worked with. I was really in a kind and needed a moving job to be done during off hours when I was available. They were very professional, punctual, and responsive. They finished the job so fast because they took time to plan out their path first. Even though the load was very heavy and even my contractor said that he could not lift it, but these guys did! No walls were scrapped. They put back furniture that had to be temporarily relocated. They put down protective covering over my polished white oak hardwoods. I can't say enough positive things about them. I will definitely use them again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recently worked with Upscale Experts Moving LLC to move my piano from Charlotte, NC, to Greenville, SC, and the whole experience was absolutely outstanding. Winston and his team were phenomenal—punctual, professional, and so easy to work with. What really amazed me was how quickly they responded when I mentioned I needed to have my aunt’s old piano picked up and disposed of. Winston arranged it within about seven minutes of our conversation. Winston and his team took care of removing that piano for us seamlessly, and then proceeded with the main move. In addition, I had a gift bag with valuable items for Regina, and Winston made sure to keep it safe and deliver it personally. Even though I couldn’t be there, he kept in touch with me and my sister Diana every step of the way, making sure we knew exactly when they picked up, when they arrived, and that everything went perfectly.
