They did an amazing job from the time I booked them until completion! I had hired another moving company that cancelled the night before as they didn't feel comfortable moving the piano. I booked these movers as they had availability for today. They reached out to me within 10 mins of me booking them and were very upfront and honest. This was not an easy job. It's a 100+ year old upright piano that weighed close to 1,000 lbs. The woman I got the piano from said they did a great job at her house. We were both surprised and impressed that only 2 movers were able to move the piano out of her home and onto the truck! Our house wasn't as easy to get the piano into as there were a few steps up into our home. Winston was very transparent and honest about needing an extra mover and was fair with the pricing. Their pricing in general is a little bit lower than their competition and worth every penny! They took their time and weighed all the options to safely get the piano moved into our home and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it. We will definitely call them in the future if we need help moving anything! Highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed!
