I had an outstanding experience with Javon and his right-hand man, Douglas. I had originally hired a professional moving company called Lionel Moving Services in New Bern, who guaranteed an 8:00 a.m. arrival. Unfortunately, they never showed up, and I was left in a very stressful situation needing immediate help. I quickly reached out to Javon and his team, and they responded without hesitation. From the very first contact, they were professional, calm, and ready to step in and help. That responsiveness alone made a huge difference in a difficult moment. Over the course of three full days, Javon and Douglas handled our entire move—carefully loading and unloading everything with precision and respect. Not a single item was damaged, and both homes were treated with the utmost care and protection throughout the process. As active-duty Marines, Javon and Douglas exemplify discipline, integrity, and professionalism in everything they do. They were respectful of our time, communicated clearly, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was done correctly and efficiently. What started as a frustrating experience was completely turned around by their reliability and work ethic. I would absolutely use them again in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, trustworthy movers who truly take pride in their work.

Javon was awesome. He was very responsive, communication was easy. He showed up was extremely polite, very professional and quick. We had 2 large and heavy pieces of furniture to move up a flight of stairs and could not have done it ourselves. He asked how I would like it arranged and offered to move something else while here. His price was the best offer and he is a Marine, which made me feel safe hiring him. I will recommend him to anyone looking to move something.
