My background in project management has helped my business tremendously and I found that Service & Process Improvement are key factors & we are always looking for ways to improve, especially in an industry where not all homes are made the same and not all furniture has the same material or shape. Employees are given on-going training as we take feedback from our customers reviews and surveys very serious.
