A little miscommunication about the time and the driving distance to the pickup address. The two gentlemen doing the heavylifting were courteous and very conscious of taking extra care with the removal of the furniture from the house. I didnt see any stray marks on the walls or floors. Very pleasant first tiney experience with movers.

My background in project management has helped my business tremendously and I found that Service & Process Improvement are key factors & we are always looking for ways to improve, especially in an industry where not all homes are made the same and not all furniture has the same material or shape. Employees are given on-going training as we take feedback from our customers reviews and surveys very serious. In addition, all new employees are screened, fully trained and skilled to move just about any piece of furniture - from “Pianos” to delicate “Antiques” we got your move covered.
