So so grateful for MoveHelp!! I have a third floor apartment only accessible by stairs and no elevator, and to make matters worse, on the day of my move it started raining heavily. Poor weather and three flights of stairs did not stop these movers from taking care of business. They loaded up my truck and secured everything so that it wouldn’t shift during transportation. Everything was finished in under 2 hours! I’d recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte area looking for a moving company. They were amazing.

The two guys were great they didn't stop moving for a minute in the 2 hours they were here. They unpacked about 1/2 of a 26 foot moving truck, including bringing a bunch of furniture and boxes upstairs for us.

Our move turned out to be much larger than originally estimated (by another company) and MoveHelp911 rolled with it. They even came back a second day to finish it up. It was at least 90 degrees and humid and I had to force them to take a break in the air conditioning. They barely even stopped to take a drink. You certainly can't beat their work ethic.
I've moved multiple times and I've yet to have a move that went smoothly. However, if things ever got off track then they were quick to resolve it to my complete satisfaction. Very happy and will certainly use and recommend MoveHelp911 in the future.

Quick to reply to questions about setting up the service. My two movers called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived right on time. It took longer than I had originally scheduled but that wasn't due to their work speed. Helped us out and saved my back!
