We moved from Charlotte, NC to Florida, and before choosing him I checked probably 30 different moving companies. I saw so many bad reviews about hidden fees, delays, damaged furniture, and all kinds of problems.
Then I found him, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. He’s honest, straightforward, and extremely fair with his pricing. The price was very reasonable, with ZERO surprises or hidden fees.
He’s also amazing with communication. He’s always available, responds quickly, and you never have to wait hours to get an answer to your questions. That made the whole process so much easier!
On moving day, he packed and protected everything incredibly fast. TV, mattresses, beds, furniture, everything! He disassembled everything quickly and handled it all with so much care.
He also arrived in Florida very quickly, unloaded everything, and rebuilt whatever needed to be assembled. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Not a single thing was broken or damaged. Not even a dirty wall or scratched corner!
Most importantly, he gave me total peace of mind. He didn’t let me lift a finger and took care of everything from start to finish.
He’s also such a genuinely good person with amazing energy, which makes the whole experience even better.

I had a great experience with Upscale Expert Moving. The crew was punctual, respectful, and incredibly patient. We ran into an unexpected issue when we realized we had lost the key to our storage unit. They waited while we got the situation resolved without rushing us or making us feel pressured.
Once we gained access, they carefully organized and placed all of our storage items in the unit, then delivered the remaining furniture to the townhouse where we're temporarily staying. They took the time to wrap and protect all of our furniture, and I really appreciated the care they showed with our belongings.
They also moved two large couches into the townhouse without damaging the walls or the furniture, which was impressive given the tight spaces. Throughout the entire move, they were friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
I would definitely recommend Upscale Expert Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and careful moving company.

Winston and his crew were extremely polite and professional. They worked hard and got all of our items moved to our new home. Throughout the move, they asked us questions to make sure we wanted items moved — thy even remembered which bedrooms the furniture came out of so they knew where to put them in the new house! Winston and his team showed up on time with all the right equipment. They wrapped and packed carefully our furniture and things. We had a lot of stuff and it was a long, hot day and it rained a bit later, but they worked tirelessly without complaint. A few minor scratches on things but they did a great job. Highly recommended.
