Due to an unexpected hospital stay, our son needed to have power of attorney to close a real estate transaction for us. S Graham returned my call promptly, got directions to our hospital room, asked a few questions to help her prepare and arrived within an hour to witness, notarize, fill out some paperwork, and take it all to Fed x for an overnight delivery. I received a copy of the overnight receipt several hours later and cannot think of one thing that could have been better. S Graham was so professional and confident. Shanna was fantastic to work with! We are in the area visiting and needed a notary within a short period of time to assist with a document for closing on our new home.
