The Package Leading to the Wedding Day:
-Monthly phone call check-ins to gather progress of clients planning and answer next step questions prior to 30 day start.
-Unlimited correspondence beginning the 30 days prior to the wedding day via text or email.
- Onsite management the Day-of Experience
- Up to 10 hours of onsite management
- Rehearsal Walk thorough & Coordination (1.5 Hours Max)
- One final onsite venue visit is included within the coordination window
- Creation of customized Wedding Day timeline
- Light setup and breakdown down all personal decorations
- Send final timeline and layouts out to all vendors and necessary parties
The Day of Experience:
- Point of contact for all vendors, wedding party, and guests
- Supervision of vendors with delivery, set up and break down
- Timeline management & execution of entire day
- Setup & breakdown of all personal decorations
- Line up and coordinate flow of wedding ceremony
- Direct and coordinate events throughout the reception
- Handoff of tips to vendors
- Coordinate couples send-off
- Ensure all personal wedding items are removed & returned to the designated person
